1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at any of our branches.

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a rebooking fee or refusal of future appointments.

  • Gregore Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergencies, staff availability).

3. Service Policy

  • We strive for excellence in all services. If you are unsatisfied, kindly inform us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

  • Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and aftercare.

  • Clients are responsible for informing the stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before the service begins.

4. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices may vary based on hair length, volume, or service complexity.

  • Promotions are subject to change without prior notice and may only apply to selected branches.

  • “Up” pricing (e.g., P999 Up) means the starting rate and may increase based on assessment.

5. Personal Belongings

  • While we strive to maintain a secure and clean environment, Gregore Salon is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables safe.

6. Children & Guests

  • For the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that children and guests only accompany you if they are also receiving services.

7. Use of Images & Testimonials

  • With your permission, we may take photos of your final look for use on our website or social media.

  • Any reviews or testimonials shared publicly may be used for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal data you provide is treated with strict confidentiality.

  • We only collect information necessary to process appointments, payments, and client care.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • Gregore Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is disrespectful, disruptive, or fails to comply with these terms.
